Verified copies
Every file is checked with SHA-256 after copying and re-read from the destination. If a byte is off, imgest tells you — it never assumes a copy succeeded.
No duplicates
Content-hash deduplication skips files you've already imported, so re-inserting a card never makes a mess or wastes space.
AI folder naming
imgest reads a privacy-stripped thumbnail and metadata to suggest meaningful folder names — no more DCIM/100GOPRO clutter.
Camera-aware
